Esh Group went through a series of necessary changes within the business to actively adapt to the challenges of Covid-19. They needed to be agile and protect the business during unprecedented global challenges. Esh Group sought to review their current back up capabilities as they further leveraged and relied upon Cloud services and moved their entire workforce to remote/home working.

PTG recommended a managed Microsoft 365 Backup solution - Barracuda ‘Cloud to Cloud’ back up, is an industry-leading solution providing essential backup functions which are reliable and flexible for users and administrators.
PTG undertook a Microsoft Office 365 review, of all licenses & subscriptions and designed a method of helping Esh Group to save a significant sum of money on an annual basis through better licencing utilisation. Rationalisation and review of the budget took place, whereby cost savings were realised. This model also maximised subscription utilisation and capability for the 365 environments.
PTG’s Service Desk solution provided a return on investment and increased IT knowledge availability immediately, allowing Esh Group IT personnel to focus on key priorities by being an extension to the team and a true technology partner for today and the future.
Within the contract scope PTG manages core infrastructure, cloud platforms and backup in a proactive manner, whilst providing 2nd and 3rd line support expertise on demand so as to protect Esh Group’s IT services and maximise system availability. In summary, PTG is now the preferred technology partner to Esh Group.
